Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Definitions

  1. The reward rules below (the “Rules”) set out the basis on which you can receive rewards from Everything Technologies Limited (“Everything”, “we”, “us”, “our”) which are made available to you in the Everything app from time to time. In these Rules, Cashback Rewards and Giveaway Rewards are collectively referred to as “Rewards”.
  2. These Rules should be read together with our Everything Consumer Cardholder Terms for holders of Everything virtual or physical debit cards (“Cards”) and/or Everything Customer Terms and Conditions for Everything account holders (as applicable), and any documents mentioned in those terms. Those terms, together with these Rules form a single legal agreement between you and Everything. If there is any inconsistency between the Everything Consumer Cardholder Terms and Everything Customer Terms and Conditions and these Rules, these Rules shall prevail and apply.

2. What kind of Rewards are available?

There are two types of Rewards: (a) for holders of Cards (“Cardholders") we offer rewards which are either cash (“Cashback Awards”) or virtual or physical items (Cashback Awards and such items are collectively “Card Rewards”); (b) for Everything account holders who enter into competitions run by Everything we offer giveaway cash rewards or virtual or physical items (“Item Rewards”) (cash rewards and Item Rewards are collectively “Giveaway Rewards”). Everything funds the Card Rewards and the Giveaway Rewards.

3. How are Card Rewards distributed?

  1. Card Rewards can be earned through making Eligible Transactions with your Card. 
  2. The amount of individual Cashback Awards will be designated by Everything from time to time and set out in the Everything app. For each such designated sum, the aggregate value of Eligible Transactions must reach a specific amount that is pre-determined and set by Everything. The last Cardholder whose Eligible Transaction is responsible for reaching the exact specific amount of the applicable designated sum will then earn the associated Cashback Award. There is no guarantee that you will earn Cashback Awards. More activity within the Everything app by you or within Squads that you belong to improves the chance of earning Card Rewards.
  3. From time to time, we may offer you additional Rewards which will be subject to separate promotional terms.

4. Eligible Transactions

By “Eligible Transactions” we mean any Card purchases that you make. Unless we tell you in writing otherwise, Eligible Transactions exclude:

  • purchases that are subsequently returned or refunded; 
  • adding funds to your Everything account, withdrawing funds from your EVERYTHING account to your designated account; 
  • ATM or cash withdrawals;
  • cashback requested at point of sale when you made a payment using your Card;
  • transferring funds to another Everything Card or account;

5. How will you receive your Rewards?

  1. You will be notified when you have won Rewards. Cashback Awards and cash rewards are generally credited to your Everything account within 21 days of being earned. Please note that where the amount is ÂŁ1,000 or more this may take longer and you may have to provide us with additional information prior to your account being credited. If you do not receive your Cashback Awards and cash rewards within 90 days, please contact our support team at or via the in-app chat in the Everything app.
  2. Physical rewards will be sent to the address provided to us when you applied for your Everything account. Where the reward is a virtual or physical item it will be dispatched to you, at the email address (for virtual items) or physical address (as applicable) that you provided upon application for your Everything account, within 10 business days of it being won, depending on the availability of such item. This may take longer to arrive based on delivery times for virtual or physical items, which we have no control over.

6. How do Squads get Card Rewards?

A holder of an Everything account (“User”) may choose to join a group of other Users that has been designated with a name (a “Squad”). When joining a new Squad, each User must allocate in the Everything app a proportion of their personal Eligible Transactions that will go towards the Eligible Transactions for that Squad. Squad Card Rewards are distributed to Users in each Squad on the basis of the volume of each respective Users’ Eligible Transactions that have taken place within that Squad over 14 days prior to the Squad earning the Card Reward. If one member of a Squad earns a Card Reward then the entire Squad will earn a proportion of such award. Some Card Rewards are only available to individual Users or Squads.

7. Giveaway Rewards

  • Competitions run by Everything are only open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over except employees of Everything and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the contests. There will be no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any competition. By entering a competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Rules.
  • The following details will be included with details of the specific competition when it is offered over social media or via email:
    • route to entry;
    • details of how to enter;
    • the Giveaway Reward to be offered; and
    • how the winner will be chosen.
    • closing date (after such a date no further entries to the competition will be permitted);
  • Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Everything is not responsible for inaccurate reward details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with competitions.
  • The Giveaway Reward will be as stated and no alternatives will be offered. Item Rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any Giveaway Reward with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • Winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Giveaway Reward within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the Giveaway Reward from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • Everything will notify the winner when and where the Giveaway Reward is delivered. Everything’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering a competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Rules. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Rules.
  • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address:
  • Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok or any other social network. Entrants are providing your information to Everything and not to any other party. The personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Your liability and suspending and cancelling Rewards

  • If you fail to comply with these Rules, or if any information or promise made by you turns out to be incorrect or if you use the Everything account, or related services in violation of applicable laws and this causes us to suffer a loss:
    • you will be responsible for any losses we suffer as a result of your action (we will try to keep the losses to a minimum);
    • if your actions result in us losing profits, you may also be responsible for those losses. You will not be held responsible if this would mean that we are compensated twice for the same loss; and
    • you will also be responsible for any reasonable legal costs that arise as a result of our losses.
  • We may suspend your ability to earn Rewards immediately if:
    • We reasonably suspect that you’re using your Rewards for business purposes;
    • there has been, or we suspect, fraudulent or criminal activity of any kind whether or not linked to the use of your Card, account or services;
    • We contacted you about inappropriate activity with your account or your card; or
    • You breach any of the terms which apply to you.
  • We may temporarily or permanently suspend your ability to earn Rewards if we believe that you are abusing these programmes, your use of the Card and/or Everything account, or attempting to earn Rewards by fraudulent, improper or illegal means, and in such cases you will be ineligible to earn Rewards when you use your Everything account and Card. You will not be paid Cashback Awards or cash rewards that we reasonably believe were obtained by such means.
  • If you or we close your account in accordance with your Everything Customer Terms & Conditions or your Card in accordance with your Everything Consumer Cardholder Terms & Conditions then your ability to earn Rewards will also cease. You will still have access to any Rewards you have won prior to us ceasing your ability to earn them, irrespective of if they are still within your Everything account.

9. Refunds

If you are given a refund for a purchase, this will be deducted from the Eligible Transactions used to calculate whether you should earn and receive any Card Rewards. As such you will not be entitled to any associated Card Rewards that your Eligible Transactions would have earned if the refund had not taken place regardless of whether you were notified of earning such Card Rewards.

10. General

  • If necessary, you must tell the tax authorities about any benefits you have received under the Rewards scheme. You will have to pay for any taxes or other charges which are charged as a result.
  • There may be times when one or more Reward types under the Rewards scheme governed by these Rules is unavailable and/or some or all Rewards are unavailable to be earned and received, due to maintenance or upgrades to systems used to provide the Rewards scheme or outages in our network. We will not be liable to refund you for any losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (i.e. if the situation was abnormal or unforeseeable), for example, technical issues, due to extreme weather, terrorist activity or industrial action.
  • The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply to either the Card Rewards or Giveaway Rewards.

11. Changes to these Rules

We may change these Rules or withdraw the Card Rewards and/or Giveaway Rewards, by giving you at least 30 days' notice. If the change is to your advantage, we may make the change and tell you afterwards. If we withdraw the scheme, we will credit you with the amount of the Card Rewards and Giveaway Rewards due to you at the date that the scheme is withdrawn.

Any changes to these Rules will not imply a change in either our Everything Consumer Cardholder Terms or Everything Customer Terms and Conditions.
