1.1 The promoter is: EVERYTHING Technologies Ltd Fourth Floor, 27 Dover Street, London, England, W1S 4LZ, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).
2.1 The title of the contest is the Everything waitlist contest (the “Contest”).
2.2 The Contest allows eligible entrants (the “Contestant” or "you") to earn referrals. To earn referrals, the entrant can use a unique generated link to refer other people to sign up for the Contest. A referral only becomes valid when the person referred the Contest as per section 3.
3.1 The Contest will run from 25th of January 2022 (the "Opening Date") and the Contest will end when the Promoter announces it via email to all entered contestants at minimum 7 days before the end date and end time (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Contest Period”).
3.2 All Contest entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the end time on the Closing Date. All Contest entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 Enter the Contest online by submitting the online entry form in the widget provided on www.joineverything.com during the Contest Period. A valid and personal mobile phone number must be registered and verified via SMS according to the instructions with a valid and verified email address. Network charges for receiving and sending SMS may apply and are out of the Promoter’s control.
3.4 No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

3.8 Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages (including legal fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4.1 The Contest is only open to all residents in Great Britain aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Contest or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the Contest, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any reward you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Contest.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept Contest entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.
4.4 There is a limit of one entry to the Contest per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the reward Contest. In the event that you are disqualified for any reason, the Promoter is not obliged to provide any reward or extend the Contest Period in any way.
5.1 Weekly cash rewards. You can win cash rewards every week during the Contest Period. The more tokens an eligible entrant has, the higher chances of winning a cash reward.
5.2 Reward levels. You can also earn rewards from reaching reward levels. More tokens means you can earn achieve higher reward levels.
5.3 Social media cash giveaways. Contestants can earn cash rewards on the Promoter’s social media accounts. It requires that, besides being a Contestant to the Contest, that you follow the Promoter’s listed social media accounts. The Promoter will at irregular intervals post giveaways and the criteria to win the giveaway.
5.4 Leaderboard. On or about the Closing Date, the Promoter will tally the number of tokens held by each Contestant. The Contestants who have earned the most tokens when the Contest period ends will be credited with cash rewards, announced by the Promoter. To receive a cash reward the Contestant is subject to opening an account with EVERYTHING, according to its Terms & Conditions.
5.5 The rewards are not negotiable or transferable.
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the registered mobile phone number or email address provided with the Contest entry. The Promoter will not amend any contact information once the Contest entry form has been submitted.
6.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the registered ids of reward winners on the Promoter's social channels and, if applicable, their winning entries on www.joineverything.com OR send the surname and county of  reward winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@joineverything.com or writes to the Promoter’s registered address set out within one month after the Closing Date of the Contest.
6.4 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us at www.joineverything.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
6.5 For rewards over a certain value, the Promoter may ask the winner to record a testimonial to be published in the promotors social channels.
7.1 In order to claim the rewards, the Promoter will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via their registered email at least one (1) time. You might be required to respond to us within thirty (30) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim your Reward. If you cannot be contacted, or you fail to respond appropriately within the required time period, or the Reward is returned as undeliverable, you forfeit your Reward.
7.2 The rewards may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their rewards within 30 of days of the announcement of the reward, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the rewards to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the rewards.
8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Â the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the rewards except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 By participating in the Contest, you agree to release and hold harmless Promoter, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (together, “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt of rewards, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Contest, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, or wireless service provider; (b) unauthorised human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical human, printing or typographical errors; or (d) losses or damages of any kind, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt or misuse of any rewards you may receive. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive legal fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Contest.
9.1 All Contest entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be acknowledged or returned.
9.2 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.joineverything.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Contest. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Contest entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Contest entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also 6.3 and 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Contest.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, terminate or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so. For example, the Promoter may do this if the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, technical problems, security malfunctions or in the event the Contest is unable to be run as planned for any other reason as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. If the Contest is held to be void, cancelled or terminated, no entrant to the Contest shall be eligible for a rewards of any type. If the Contest is suspended and the Promoter is then able to address the impairment, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these terms and conditions.
11.3 No failure or delay by the Promoter to exercise any right or remedy provided under these terms and conditions or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
11.4 If any provision or part-provision of these terms of conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
11.5 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
